1. SHIPPING POLICY – CTE STORE

We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we deliver across Pakistan only.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

Orders are confirmed through phone or WhatsApp before shipping.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days depending on the location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated as follows:

  • PKR 300 for the first 1 KG

  • PKR 100 for each additional KG

Courier Partner

We use TCS Courier Service for reliable and secure delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email address

2. EXCHANGE POLICY – CTE STORE

At CTE Store, we ensure that our customers receive products in good condition.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

  • Defective product

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange Time Limit

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Exchange Conditions

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

After verification, we will arrange the exchange process accordingly.

3. WARRANTY POLICY – CTE STORE

Some products sold at CTE Store come with brand warranty, depending on the manufacturer.

Checking Warranty

All products include 7 days checking warranty from the date of delivery.

Customers can request support if they face issues during this period.

Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • Physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Burnt components

  • Improper use

Warranty Claim

For warranty claims, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Description of the issue

Our support team will guide you through the process.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY – CTE STORE

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Cancellation Conditions

Customers can cancel their order if:

  • The order has not been shipped yet

  • The cancellation request is made before shipping confirmation
